The Oregon City Carrier is the original purpose-built Patrol Armor Carrier and was one of the forerunners of external carriers for patrol duty.

The Safariland PROTECH Oregon City 2.0 Armor Carrier offers many features for police officers, including the ability to customize the carrier with MOLLE-compatible pouches, an internal pouch for a backup handgun, and space to accommodate a 10” x 12” rifle plate. You can zip this armor carrier on and off like a jacket, making it easier to don and doff as needed.
Most sizes of this armor carrier vest come with 4 or 5 rows of full coverage MOLLE/PALS webbing, allowing every officer the freedom to customize their carrier.
